Drivestream sponsored the Southeast Regional User Conference in Miami, Florida. In addition to sponsoring the event, Drivestream conducted two well attended sessions. In the first session, users learned about the top upgrade challenges faced by organizations and the best practices to overcome them. In the second session, Drivestream led the group to determine if their Production Support Teams were working on the "right" stuff. During this session, Drivestream covered best practices in standardization, automation and organizational task structure.
