Drivestream recently kicked off another "Proof of Concept" (POC) project with a large bank. The project is aimed at providing the bank with a proof of concept of how they can leverage PeopleSoft's Recruiting suite (Talent Acquisition Manager and Candidate Gateway) to improve their overall recruiting solutions model. The project consists of fit/gap sessions where Drivestream will transfer knowledge of the products capabilities and recommend solutions based upon understanding of the company's recruiting solutions model, configuration of a demo system, creation of a configuration workbook and design document, and delivery of a series of end to end "Day in the Life" demonstrations to the bank's stakeholders and executives.
